Meta Ads · Roofers
Facebook Ads for Roofing Companies
Meta works for roof replacement and storm work. It does not work for leak repair. Getting that distinction right is the entire campaign.

Someone with water coming through a ceiling is not scrolling Instagram. That job belongs to Google Ads and Local Services Ads, and we'd rather say so than take the budget.
Replacement is a different purchase. An ageing roof is a problem people know about for a year before they act, and Meta reaches them during that year. Storm work sits in between, and it's the one time Meta produces volume fast.
What's different for roofing
- Campaigns aimed at replacement and storm work, never at emergency repair
- Storm creative prepared in advance so it can go live within hours of an event
- Insurance and claims messaging, which is what homeowners are genuinely anxious about
- Aerial and before-and-after creative, because roofs photograph well from above and badly from the ground
- Neighbourhood-level targeting after storms, since damage is geographic
Questions we get
No, and we'd rather say it now. Repair is search intent and Meta doesn't capture it.
If repair is most of your work, the budget belongs in Local Services Ads instead.
